We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. They provided transportation to nearby restaurants and even offered to take us to town for diving. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were excellent. The pool was small, but still provided a picturesque view of the sunset. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which included delicious mango. the staff were the best part of our stay - they made us feel like part of a family.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The location of the hotel was great as it was easily accessible from the main town and had stunning views of the ocean. The hotel room had a good air conditioning system and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. the staff were polite and helpful.
The hotel had promised a New Year's Eve party which turned out to be a complete disaster. The DJ didn't turn up and there were no fireworks or festivities.

The hotel is located not far from the harbor, making it easy to get to and from. the staff are friendly and provide great service, even offering to drop guests off at local restaurants. Rooms are comfortable, with proper air conditioning, and beds are cozy. Some rooms have a nice porch with a good view to enjoy. the breakfast is good, with free coffee and tea available.
There are some issues with the bathrooms, where they need improvement.

If you're visiting during Christmas, I'd say this is a good spot for relaxation and enjoyable sunset views over the ocean. the pool is pretty nice too. the girls in charge are friendly and will do their best to help with anything they can. Don't forget to try their homemade iced tea and fresh mangoes, they're really delicious. the location is moderately convenient, just a few miles from several tourist hotspots and famous landmarks.
The rooms are a little old and need a bit of maintenance; some have a minor smell issue.
